I placed an order for approximately 12 custom stamps and replacement ink and pads for our Law Office.  Kevin reached out to me as one of the images I uploaded was poor quality, he fixed it at no extra cost.  This is the kind of service you don't get with the big companies, they would've just shipped out whatever you sent them.
