1. We Never Distort Your Artwork

When you upload a design, we scale it proportionally to fit inside the maximum width and length you selected on the product page. We will never stretch a logo to force it to fill a shape it doesn’t match.

2. The Wood Block Shape (The Ergonomic Grip)

Our traditional wood stamps feature custom-routed grooves running along the sides. These grooves act as a secondary built-in handle, giving you a steady, comfortable grip and even pressure when stamping. Because we use these premium pre-shaped grip mounts, we cannot custom-cut the block from all four sides without completely destroying the finger grooves.

  • Block Size: We select a wood strip from our workshop that is the closest match to your design’s height.

  • Trimming: We cut the length of the wood block to match the width of your logo.

  • Tight Rubber Trimming: We trim the actual rubber stamp die as close to your artwork as possible to avoid as much “dead space” as possible to prevent unwanted ink transfer.

Your design is scaled to the maximum 3″ width. To keep the finger grooves intact, we use a pre-sized 1″ high wood block and trim it to 3″ long.
4″ x 2″ (Rectangle) A perfectly round circle logo

2″ x 2″ (Square)

 

Your design scales to a 2″ diameter. We use a 2″ high wood block and trim the length to 2″, giving you a balanced square stamp.

3. How We Size Self-Inking Stamps

Unlike our custom-trimmed wood stamps, self-inking stamps use fixed, plastic casings. The model size you select is the exact physical size of the model you will receive. Because the outer casing cannot be resized or trimmed, here is how we ensure your design fits beautifully:

  • Proportional Fit: We scale your artwork as large as possible to fit inside the built-in ink pad area without stretching or distorting your design.

  • Centered Alignment: If your uploaded logo is a different shape than the stamp machine you chose (for example, uploading a rectangular logo into a square machine), your design will be perfectly centered on the ink pad, leaving empty space at the top and bottom or along the sides.
