Tsukineko Brilliance Ink Pad is a pigment ink pad with beautiful pearlescent colours. The drying time takes a bit longer but can be accelerated with a heat tool. This pad can be used on most paper and other porous surfaces. Keep lid closed and pad covered when not in use to avoid drying out. This ink is thick and opaque, the pigment remains on the paper.
